Top Travel and Tours Agency (TTA) was founded by Mrs. Bernadette Kubwimana out of passion to serve the world of travelers and to assist in connecting Rwanda to the rest of the world following the devastating Genocide against the Tutsi that claimed over one million lives in 1994. With over 22 years in travel and tours management, Mrs. Kubwimana is also the Managing Director of the Company.
